Concept SMD Sidemarker lights are complete sidemarker replacements fitted with high powered 2835 Bridgelux SMD LEDs that produce a laser-like appearance. Installation is easy! Just pop out the factory sidemarkers and connect the new ORACLE Concept Sidemarkers right into the stock plugs. Note: Custom paint may take 3 to 4 weeks to process. Disclaimer: ORACLE Lighting offers these parts professionally painted to order. We strongly recommend using this painting service when ordering these parts. If you choose to paint these products yourself please note that parts not properly painted with a UV clearcoat will not be covered under warranty. The clearcoat protects the acrylic parts from harmful UV damage and fills any pinholes preventing moisture issues.

Horrible service, can't even read responses to reply properly. Sent open box item, broken. Wouldn't bother checking if a replacement was available before returning.

I feel the situation may be getting a bit exaggerated. It appears the package was mishandled during transit, which unfortunately caused the damage. That said, we promptly issued a full refund as soon as the issue was reported.

I do agree our returns team should have verified additional stock before sending the initial response, and I apologize for that oversight. However, we did inform you right away that the item was no longer in stock and offered the option of a full refund or placing the item on backorder. You chose the refund, which we respected.

Sometimes, things are simply out of our control—and in those moments, the best thing we can do is make it right for the customer. That’s exactly what we did, and also what you requested.

I understand this can be frustrating, especially since this was an excellent deal at a very competitive price. While things didn’t go as planned, please know we will absolutely honor the same price if you're still interested.
