When the bike is in position, a simple system activated from the base closes the jaws of the clamp. To release there is a handy lever lower down so removing your bike is as easy as ABC. TUV and GS and ISO 11154:2006 quasi static test approval for bikes up to 44 Pound.

Shipping was quick and it was packaged very well but had multiple imperfections including a dent big enough that the paint chipped on the grille. The damage definitely happened before shipping because the way and the location of the marks it couldn't have been during shipping without a clear indication on the packaging. All the parts were there, the instructions aren't the best but the steelcraft bumper install on YouTube covers everything nicely. Overall it fits nice and looks good, I could've sent it back for the damage but didn't have the time to wait for a replacement. 4stars because of the damage and it didn't come with even one sticker

Shipping was fast, though the product itself was difficult to install. Rails were hard to place on tailgate end to line them up evenly.Cover was difficult to close until rails spaced evenly. Cover does look good now though.
